He gained a wide knowledge of small to medium businesses from Dr. Michael Morris at Oklahoma State in a top 10 Entrepreneurship program. Tom has been working with small and medium business owners for the past 8 years and helping owners make strategic decisions. He has worked with hundreds of clients all over the United States. The majority of Tom’s experience has been in the Oklahoma City metro, in the Office and Industrial market.

Caleb Cox
Caleb Cox is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a focus on corporate services. He has helped companies buy, sell and lease commercial real estate across the south-central region and the nation. His tenant/company-centric approach, as opposed to a landlord/listing-focused strategy, allows him to avoid conflicts of interest often found at larger brokerages with numerous national listings. This ensures he prioritizes his clients’ needs and interests, providing dedicated and unconflicted services in their real estate transactions.
Caleb previously spent six years working as a broker at two flagship brokerages, gaining valuable insights into the operations of larger firms. However, he chose to go the independent route to move away from discovered corporate inefficiencies and limitations so that he can operate with more flexibility and control momentum and deal speed. This decision allows Caleb to provide better and more personalized service to his clients, ensuring their needs are always at the forefront.
Caleb’s upbringing and involvement in his family’s international manufacturing business from a young age until graduating college provided him with an unparalleled understanding of the challenges and concerns that businesses face. He worked in multiple roles including industrial sales where he learned the ins and outs of the industrial market and how to approach sales with an understanding of the unique challenges, behaviors and dynamics of individuals and businesses. Chris Easley
Chris Easley began working on Oil & Gas land acquisitions in the early 2000’s while attending the University of Central Oklahoma. He later extended his knowledge in relationship and negation skills, and built a company around mineral acquisitions. This has gained him multiple networking opportunities with hedge funds groups as well as investing opportunities in other ventures. Chris gained experience in brokering leases, minerals, and is also an owner/operator on multiple wells in Texas and Oklahoma. Over the past few years, Chris has spent much of his time managing rentals and developing office parks in the metro area. He has a true passion for real estate and enjoys working at making meaningful relationships with a wide range of clients.
