Tom Vaught started practicing in commercial real estate brokerage after graduating from Oklahoma State University. He gained a wide knowledge of small to medium businesses from Dr. Michael Morris at Oklahoma State in a top 10 Entrepreneurship program. Tom has been working with small and medium business owners for the past 8 years and helping owners make strategic decisions. He has worked with hundreds of clients all over the United States. The majority of Tom’s experience has been in the Oklahoma City metro, in the Office and Industrial market.
Chris Easley began working on Oil & Gas land acquisitions in the early 2000’s while attending the University of Central Oklahoma. He later extended his knowledge in relationship and negation skills, and built a company around mineral acquisitions. This has gained him multiple networking opportunities with hedge funds groups as well as investing opportunities in other ventures. Chris gained experience in brokering leases, minerals, and is also an owner/operator on multiple wells in Texas and Oklahoma. Over the past few years, Chris has spent much of his time managing rentals and developing office parks in the metro area. He has a true passion for real estate and enjoys working at making meaningful relationships with a wide range of clients.

David is a relationship-driven commercial real estate associate, meaning that he works to partner with clients to deliver long-standing world-class tenant representation and commercial brokerage services. He is attentive to understanding every client’s desires, concerns, and objectives in order to effectively serve each unique need.
David’s professional experience in sales, the hospitality industry, and multiple start-up environments acted as an incubator that’s fostered a valuable skill set. His passion for real estate began in early childhood, and he is energized by the opportunity to meet the needs of his community. He takes great pride in prompt and courteous follow-through with well-researched market analysis, dedicated contract negotiation, and consultation on systems and processes.
When not building success for his clients, David enjoys spending time building a strong marriage and studying fitness and wellness. He recently completed his first marathon and looks forward to training for more.
