We’ll take a look at your current space, business or investments to better understand your needs. In this meeting, we’ll discuss your expectations in moving forward.

Initial Search

After the discovery meeting, we’ll combine our market research with your expectations and needs to do an initial search. We’ll get your feedback on any potential options.

Comprehensive search

After we get your feedback from the initial search, we take an in-depth look into what will be the best fit. The comprehensive search could involve, cold calling off-market properties, mailing off-market properties, exploring our connections for pocket deals and bank deals, and exploring what is on the market.

Exploring Options

This comprehensive view of the market helps us explore the most viable options to help you make an informed decision moving forward.

Offering / Negotiation/ Contract

We’ll guide you through the offering process using our knowledge of leasing terms to ensure you get the best deal possible.

Due Diligence

After we reach a contract, we guide you through a comprehensive inspection of the property to make sure there are no surprises. We coordinate any repairs or renovations to the property and assist you in securing financing if applicable. In most cases, buyers are out no money if they decide to cancel the contract during the due diligence period.

Closing

We coordinate with a title company the safe closing of the property.
